About Me
Grace Taboada
Hey y'all! I'm Grace Susana Taboada, but I'm also known as Galaxy22. I was born on May 15, 2003, in San Antonio, Texas, and spent most of my childhood in Richardson, Texas. I've made art since I was three and took countless art lessons and classes in and out of school as I grew older. When not making art, I am most likely writing, surfing the internet, watching animated works that catch my interest, studying, attending church, or spending time with friends and family.
At almost 15 years of age, I started posting my art on social media. My first platform was Procreate Folio. I began extending my social media on Instagram and Pinterest. When I graduated from high school at 19, I started to post art in apps targeted at professional artists: Creatively, Artstation, Behance, and Milan Art Social. Now I have moved on to share my art in decentralized and more user-friendly platforms like Bluesky, Tumblr, Mastodon, Pixelfed, and PeerTube.
I'm open to any art media, such as painting, sketching, digital drawing, printing, and sculpting. The work that I share is done both for fun and for school. Since the fall of 2022 I had been attending college at Texas Tech University while achieving a B.F.A. in Studio Art (with a concentration of Transmedia) If you wish to provide me any important suggestions, need some word of advice, or just come and say hello, feel free to fill out the contact page below. Thank you, and see you in space!
